24 Mar Clyde & Central show sheer dedicated to still rear high standard calfs despite COVID_19 lockdown!
Although Calf Rally is no longer during #COVID_19 for Clyde & Central District Young Farmers Clubs, we gained 14 shots of a selection of the calves reared. An impressive 50 calves were entered and we heard from past National Chair, Suzie Dunn:
“This year was a record number of first time competitors which was extremely refreshing for the District with young members putting in the preparation efforts of feeding, halter breaking, washing, dressing, and clipping! ..
To all members who dedicated their work to bringing these calves out in a high standard, please don’t shy to give it another go next year with the show and sale which has a reputation for it’s top quality stock. We’ll be back next year stronger than ever team!”
