Max from Mauchline is West Junior Speechmaking Champ

The West Junior Speechmaking was held on Sunday 13th of November in Castle Douglas Town Halll. Seven teams took to the stage to impress our three judges, Willie Fleming, Lisa Crichton and Robert Campbell aswell as being challenged from Joe Cameron and Richard Oxley the question masters.

The top trio of the day came from Mauchline with their topic “Is Britain ready to become cashless?”
