On Saturday 10thΒ August The West Region once again headed to Park Farm Strength and Fitness in East Kilbride for the West Fittest Young Farmer competition. The competition brought together competitors from across the region and even some Easties crossed to border to show off their strength and skills. A big thank you must go to everyone at Park Farm Strength and Fitness who helped make sure the day ran so smoothly. Well done to everyone who took part! The final results are as follows:
