Westies Cook Up A Storm!

Last night, Monday 20th May The Westies headed to Queen Margaret Academy in Ayr to test their culinary skills at West Country Cooks.  Judged by the extremely qualified Alison Kerr and Mureen Baird the results are as follows:

1st – Mhairi Hall and Jack Young of Carluke YFC

2nd – Shona McHarg and Alice Allan of Ayr YFC

3rd – Iona Irving and and Sarah Sloan of Stranraer & Rhins YFC

Well done to all teams competing and good luck to Mhairi and Jack who will go on to represent West at National held at The Royal Highland Show in June.
