Youth Development Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Youth Development Manager<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Hybrid:\u00a0 Young Farmers Centre, Ingliston\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Full Time: 35 hours per week\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary;\u00a0 \u00a328,000 to \u00a334,000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Are you passionate about helping youth in rural Scotland thrive?<\/p>\n<p>As a member led organisation, the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs is responsible for supporting young people in rural Scotland, providing personal development opportunities and a social network.<\/p>\n<p>The Youth Development Manager is a new role within the SAYFC staff team, and is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join the team.\u00a0 A hybrid role, working from home or the YF Centre, Ingliston with other staff and SAYFC members, you&#8217;ll work closely with the SAYFC Development &amp;
