Hybrid:\u00a0 Young Farmers Centre, Ingliston\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Full Time: 35 hours per week\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Salary;\u00a0 \u00a328,000 to \u00a334,000<\/strong><\/p>\n Are you passionate about helping rural Scotland thrive?<\/p>\n As a member led organisation, the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs is responsible for supporting young people in rural Scotland, proving personal development opportunities and a social network.<\/p>\n Driven by the SAYFC Agri & Rural Affairs Committee, the staff support for the committee has been further developed.\u00a0 An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual to become our new Agri & Rural Affairs Partnership Manager.\u00a0 A hybrid role, working from home or the YF Centre, Ingliston with other staff and SAYFC members, you’ll build the profile of the Agri & Rural Affairs Committee, create and maintain relationships with a variety of individuals and organisations to support member activities and projects.<\/p>\n The Agri & Rural Affairs Partnership Manager will need to be a great communicator, skilled at bringing people together to deliver shared goals, possess a full driving licence, and most importantly, be excited about seeing young people in rural Scotland.<\/p>\n This is a full time position, 35 hours per week, with benefits including flexible working hours.<\/p>\n
