Bale art depicting a rural twist stay at home, social distancing scene has been declared the best in Scotland after winning a national competition for young farmers.<\/p>\n
After a week of making people smile across Scotland, the bale art structure situated at the Kinloss junction, A96 and created by Lower Speyside Young Farmers\u2019 Club emerged Bale Art champions \u2013 beating 49 others entrants.<\/p>\n
