Qualifiers were held at the Inter District Nursery Areas throughout Scotland who kindly gave our members the opportunity to run in their respective nursery areas.

This years final will be held at @nsahighlandsheep , Midfearn Farm, Ardgay. 11th June 2025, by kind invitation of NSA.

The SAYFC competitors will run over the lunchtime break at the NSA Dog Trials, it would be great to see members along to support them and the event.

Ally and his team have now completed a race in every SAYFC region to raise funds for our BIG BUILD campaign. And now all eyes are on their final leg, taking on the Edinburgh Marathon at the end of May!👀

Our Chairman's Challenge

Last week, our Vice National Chair Jillian Kennedy

Last week, our Vice National Chair Jillian Kennedy & Comms Chair Wallace Currie represented SAYFC at the Rural Youth Action Network Residential in Perth.

The event provided a fantastic platform to connect with other organisations working towards empowering rural youth and giving them a voice. Delegates got the opportunity to participate in workshops and discussions, go on a farm tour and to engage with policymakers including @mairi.gougeon.msp (Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs, Land Reform and Islands).
